If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Rafael was honestly such a blessing. From the moment he introduced himself, I felt comfortable and confident knowing he would figure out the mold issue in my apartment. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, and sure enough he almost immediately detected humidity in one of my walls where I had suspected the mold being. My landlord came to rip open the wall, and lo and behold, there was a leaking pipe and a fair amount of moisture/mold! Without Rafael, this issue would have never been found. A week later, he came to treat the mold, and when he arrived, he also brought some treats for my dogs AND my bird!! What a nice guy!!
